Lost Time

DW Brown

Many would go to great lengths to obtain Bryan Fleming's unique gift . Can he utilize his gift to save himself and his friends?

The letter from the executor of his grandfather's estate couldn't have come at a better time in Bryan's life. He'd just lost his girlfriend, and life was anything but exciting in the Bluegrass State. After scraping together enough money for the trip, he heads north to Watertown, New York, the same place where he was born.
During the trip something strange happens that he may never fully comprehend. He spaces out and loses over ninety minutes of time, completely missing his exit. After doubling back for gas, he discovers a mysterious gym bag in his backseat that he hasn't seen before. Upon inspecting the bag, he's shocked to discover a bloody knife, gloves, and five thousand dollars inside. Bryans decision to bury the knife, burn the gloves and keep the money, changes the course of his young life forever.
During the reading of the will, Bryan meets two other people who want a piece of his grandfather's money: a woman he quickly falls for, and a muscle head who wants him gone. When Bryan begins to receive disturbing messages from someone inside his grandfather's home, he becomes suspicious of everyone staying there; the lovely Sonya included.

Good day sir, Might I suggest changing this sentence to read: but if he touches anything while he's there, whether it's a chair or a fellow human being, he is instantly overcome with nausea and each time he goes back it gets worse. In his desperate search to find a cure, he is forced to enter some... view book

I'm interested in your story so far, but I've noticed a lot of grammaticals. I'm by no means the expert here, but I suggest using a comman before most of your "buts" and cutting down on your run-on sentences. I will keep reading, and please don't take my comments as negativism; we all want the same... view book

Looks like a very interesting story. Great writing. Only thing I've noticed so far is a run on sentence: dining room and continued his beat, then he whippped off his greatcoat, to bundle it beneath a bush... Minor, but who knows??? I like the story..gave it five stars... view book
