The Last King of Earth - A Tas....

Alex Parker

Four people are, involuntarily, thrown into another, parallel reality, unable to communicate and unknowing of a flourishing conspiracy that endangers their lives.

Jason and Chloe Park's controversial books reveal crimes begotten by gods, messengers, and fanatic Christian fathers and mobs. The crimes have always been either justified or hidden for thousands of years.

To escape the disapproval of friends and parents, they relocate to Micropolis. Life in the little town is good until Reverend Paul Garner of St Michaels sues Jason Park for insulting St Michael. He demands apology and monetary compensation.

During the trial, two books disappear from the waiting room in the Court House, and later Paul Garner and his solicitor Martin Cane. Jason Park and Suzan Cohen are next to follow, but some unexpected intervention throws them into a wild terrain. Somebody is controlling a portal leading into another world.

Garner and Cane pitch up in the presence of a white-haired professor. He is equally surprised as they are. Unable to communicate, they become, involuntarily, involved in a great conspiracy started by a god with many names; one of them is St. Michael. For Paul, who needs critical medical treatment, time is running out. Jason believes this diseases-free world is the one we should have had it not been reoriented through religious manipulations.

Hi Bob, How right Winston Churchill was declaring "the empires of the future are the empires of the mind". In fact, I believe that religious empires of today have been grounded on mind control based on dogmas! There are numerous webs to be uncovered. Anyway, you are handling this highly interest... view book

Hi C.P, What a beautiful story Tnuth is. Outstanding narrating too. You are mastering words and feelings. One of the best writings on Authonomy. The characters and the dialogues are fabulous, not to mention the humor. I will certainly be back to read more. I am happy to back you. Wish you ... view book

Hi Freddy, Honour is a timely burning story excellently narrated. The religious fanaticism you describe seems to me quite realistic. Fanaticism is the twin brother of Evil. The two of them have been ruling, in different shapes, both within Islam and Christianity! It's interesting to dig deep ins... view book

Hi Tony, The Prologue is strong, putting the reader in a real situation. Then, Dan finds himself in another reality, not unlike some people in The Last King of Earth making their appearance in another reality without knowing how or why. Beside the fact that you can really write well, you have... view book

Dear Helena, I love the first chapters of the talking Left Shoe! Kids are going to love it too and recommend it to their parents! You combine two great talents, imagination and the ability to write well. Be proud and continue to write. The story is fantasy-fabulous and the Seamus character very in... view book
