about me

I wish to thank all of you who have read my poetry and commented on it. I was lucky enough to have made it up the ranks to 313. With the new changes I have been going rapidly in the other direction. I cannot be" Suzy" or like others who blindly praise books and promise to back just to get backings. I cannot chase every new book that comes on the site in hopes they will back me before they realize how the system really works. I have honestly read books and commented, positive and negative. I truly feel honored to have my book read by so many great authors and have taken the honest critique to heart. Writing poetry was a hobby and is destined to stay as such. I will from time to time check back on to my profile and place books on my shelf. I have "njoyed" my interaction with many people on this site and wish you all a wonderful new year.

Moods and Expressions

Nanci Reney

This is a collection of Poems written since 1976

Poetry,a way I've always dealt with the different things that have gone on in my life.
I've found it to be a healer.
I 'm a people watcher and some of these deal with what
I see or think I see beyond the faces.
Each poem is open to interpretation by the reader depending on how you look at life and how you've lived your life.
I hope each person walks away with a different take and can relate to some of them.
Some of these were songs way back when I could sing and play guitar.
Thanks for stopping by
Njoy.

Alexander, This is a really simplistic, innocent, original and highly imaginative piece of fantasy filled with wonderful words to live by. I am amazed at the quality of your writing it is so poetic. The lines from the book made me smile- such truths but they. remain distinct and unique. There is a... view book

Roberta, I am so glad I cam across this book. Most fascinating. This is an important book on a complicated subject that should be of interest to everyone living in the US. Not an easy subject to tackle, this being such a controversial issue but you did so factually with a clear logic and a carefull... view book

Andy, The Crier of Kathmandu is a great story that is authentic and gripping. You have a great mix of romance, politics a bit of spiritualism and some history. The setting of your story is interesting dare I say romantic? and its nice to learn about another country. I think you've built your char... view book
