I like the premise very much and the structure is good. But I'm not engaged. It reads a bit like an essay, too much tell, not enough show. A lot of 'ly' words, an overuse of the word 'suddenly'. Disappointing but with work, this could be a treasure. view book

A bit clunky but engaged me quite quickly. Premise is great but there are a lot of similar plots out there, especially in this genre (I know, I've read most of them). I'll continue to read because I want to know what happens next. I think you should regard that as a positive comment. view book
