about me

I am Teric Darken. For 25 years, I have been bleeding the ink from my heart onto paper in one form or another. My craftsmanship consists of: Novels, short stories, poems and lyrics. Everything I create, I hone- all is a constant work in progress. As iron sharpens iron, so I hope we are to one another.

* I am pleased to say that my Christian-oriented thrillers, U-TURN KiLLuR, and K - I - L - L FM 100, are now published and available at the following links:

Greetings, Matt! A round of applause is in order for God's Checking Account! Your novel is a readily accessible read, professionally formatted, and chock-full of vivid imagery and wonderfully fleshed out characters! Your introductory sentence in the prologue: "...Pastor Jeremiah Jackson watch... view book

Greetings Jonny! Nice job scripting Rogues, Madmen & Monsters! I found it to be a wonderful compendium of the bad, maniacal, monstrous, and vainglorious! It serves as a history lesson on man's inhumanity toward man, and the propensity everyman has toward the vile. Wherein lies deliverance from... view book

Greetings Charles! Kudos on Defending Evil! Your descriptive terms and vivid imagery injected into the storyline are gritty and superb- the drowning scene with Carlos throwing up the acidic bile like a molten volcano is a perfect example. Travis Knight reminds me- just a touch- of the old Punis... view book

Greetings, Quinn! "Vatican Counsel" is a well-honed novel boasting a rich plot ensconced in a professionally formatted manuscript. Why does it always rain at funerals? You set the mood superbly with the atmosphere of Dion's parent's funeral. If I may make one constructive point: In the very l... view book

Greetings Carl, and kudos for Stealing Me! I found the manuscript to be gritty, suspenseful, and mod. Excellent ending to the introductory chapter: "...he certainly knew his own face. And this wasn't it." The suspense bar is instantly elevated, and the reader is practically required to keep pre... view book
