Paula McBride was born in 1967, in Wiltshire, England.
She has been a successful water-colour artist for over twenty years, her wildlife paintings selling internationally.
Since having a family and deciding to home educate her children, Paula has written many children's stories.
Currently Paula is preparing more picture books for publication as ebooks, along with a trilogy of fantasy science fiction stories for young teenagers.
Living in the countryside of Wiltshire, with her family, Paula still enjoys her watercolour paintings, growing her own vegetables and writing for children.
Paula also has two cats, a stick insect, some goldfish, and chickens at the end of the garden to keep her busy!
