about me

Hi everybody I have taken the enormous and terribly scary step of self publishing my book on Amazon Kindle.
Now available on Smashwords too.

I have been reading books for as long as I can remember. I have a very vivid imagination because of all the book reading I have done. I read anything from horror (Stephen King and Vampire stories I ravish...) to occasional romance and crime novels. But I also love to read children's books and this is my real passion. I have made my step-daughters Rebekah and Sophia just as obsessed in fairies as I am and I must admit this does drive my husband a little nuts (poor man). I am the annoying aunty who raves on about fairies and magic which then makes my friends children so interested in fairies, they say they can see them too. Ooops!

This will be the first in a series of books about T-cup and her friends. Each book will have a different message for children and will be about serious problems that are thrown at many of us whilst growing up.
My approach will hopefully be in a child friendly way and if it can help just one child, then that will make everything worth while.

Please do not ask me to read your book if you have no genuine interest in reading my book too.
I am on Authonomy for the same reason as everyone else and that is to get to the editor's desk; eventually.
I will not read a book just for the sake of bumping you up the list unfairly. I will read the book if I have a genuine interest or am offered a 'swap' read.
As you can tell I have become cynical after joining Authonomy over a couple of years ago and having read and commented on many, many books and not having the same courtesy returned.

T-Cup and The Dream Team Fairi....

Sarah Manfield

Have you ever wondered where your dreams come from?
Beautiful Dream Fairies, ugly nightmare Boglins and a boy called Oliver in need of help.

'Have you ever wondered where your dreams come from?'

T-cup has joined the Dream Team fairies at last. She can't wait to earn her wings, with her best friend Cloud at her side.
Gobey an ugly, smelly and hairless Boglin has been outwitted again. He wants revenge on those flitty fairies and his own pair of wings.
While here on earth, Oliver is being bullied and doesn't know what to do or where to turn for help.
This is a story of magical beings and a Dream Star. How will T-cup help Oliver? Will Gobey and his gang outwit the fairies and turn the world dark forever?

Hi Sean I have finished chapter six so feel I have read enough to warrant a decent comment for you. Hi Nita A comment as promised. This is a confident and well written piece of YA work and I can see your audience enjoying the similarities between Hannah and themselves starting college and making new friends a comfort to them. The story runs smoothly, your dialogue flows easily and Hannah is a... view book
